PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device such as a liquid crystal display device, electroluminescence display device or the like having an antidazzle function with little production of moire fringes. SOLUTION: The antidazzle film consists of a base film 1 and an antidazzle layer having a structure of fine recesses and projections formed on the base film 1. The arranged direction 3 of the structure of the fine recesses and projections of the antidazzle layer is controlled in a range selected from the group of ranges from +12.5 deg. to +32.5 deg., from +57.5 deg. to +77.5 deg., from -12.5 deg. to -32.5 deg. and from -57.5 deg. to -77.5 deg. with respect to the MD (absorption axis) direction of the base film 1.
