RECYCLING TYPE METHOD OF PLATE MAKING AND PRINTING ON PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling type method of plate making and printing on a press. SOLUTION: A photosensitive plate agent constituted of a photo-polymerizable composition is supplied from a plate agent supply mechanism (4) and applied on a substrate (3) fixed on a plate cylinder (21) so as to prepare a photosensitive lithographic plate (A). After the photosensitive lithographic plate is subjected to exposure for an image by a laser light source (5) (B), a plate making treatment agent is supplied from a plate making treatment agent supply mechanism onto the photosensitive lithographic plate already subjected to the exposure and the image is formed(C), a physical stimulus being given further as occasion demands. Then, printing ink and dampening water are supplied respectively onto an image surface on the plate from an ink arrangement (6) and a dampening arrangement (7) and the plate cylinder (21) (D), a blanket cylinder (22) and an impression cylinder (23) are rotated in contact with each other, while printing paper is supplied between the blanket cylinder (22) and the impression cylinder (23) to be printed. An image portion on the substrate (3) is removed thereafter by plate agent removing mechanisms (81)-(85) and thereby the substrate is recycled (E).
