<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the difficulty in easy and accurate detection of large current, using a Hall element. SOLUTION: A first part 1, consisting of a U-shaped conductor 4 for current passage formation and a resin molded body 5, is placed. A second part 2, consisting of a metal support plate 21 to which a semiconductor chip 20 including the Hall element is fixed, lead terminals 22-25, and a resin molded body 30 is placed. Positioning parts 5a, 5b are placed on the first part 1, where the second part 2 is positioned, and then a current-detecting device is made through bonding.</p> |
