PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase joining stengths for an upper plate and an under plate (power transmission plate) to a cylindrical body with blades, by simple structure. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted of a notch 14 wherein a rotation preventing means 4 for preventing the upper plate 1 and/or the under plate from being rotated with respect to the cylindrical body 3 by mutual connection is provided ranging over the both a flange 23 formed in both open edges of the cylindrical body 3 having a large number of the blades in parallel, and the upper plate 1 and/or the under plate fixed fastenedly to the flange 23, and wherein the rotation preventing means 4 is formed in a flange 23 edge, and a locking part 24 deformed to be locked to the notch 14 when the upper plate 1 and/or the under plate is/are fixed fastenedly to the flange 23 by a fastening machine. The upper plate 1 and/or the under plate fixed fastenedly to the flange 23 of the cylindrical body 3 is/are connected each other to increase the respective joining strengths of the cylindrical body 3 to the under plate, and the upper plate 1 to the cylindrical plate 3, and a fixed condition is maintained permanently.
