PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically guide the required parts of a wheel and a bicycle body to a locking means to positively lock them even when the required parts of the wheel and bicycle body are not completely guided to the locking means due to neglected parking operation or when the guide of the two wheeler is stopped before reaching the locking means so as not to be locked intentionally. SOLUTION: A guide member for guiding the wheels of the two wheeler is provided with an energizing means for energizing the two wheeler in a parking direction, and a locking means is provided for impeding the delivery of the two wheeler sent by the energizing means. With the energizing means thus provided for energizing the two wheeler in the parking direction, the two wheeler can be automatically and positively guided to the locking means.
