PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce motive power for derricking a boom, simplify a facility for derricking the boom, and a facility and the like for maintenance and inspection, and facilitate the maintenance and the inspection. SOLUTION: This container crane 2 is provided with leg structure 3, a girder 4 extended longitudinally, and the boom 5 capable derricking ranging over from a using position to an inclined retraction position, the boom 5 is extended to the rear side of front side pillar members 10 in the leg structure 3, an upper mast member 32, and plural upper diagonal members 33-35 for connecting an upper end of the mast member 32 to plural portions in the boom 5 are provided in the boom 5, the boom 5 is turnably pivoted to a beam member 10H for connecting upper end parts of the paired left and right front pillar members 10, structure of the container crane 2 is simplified thereby as to the facility for derricking the boom 5, and the facility and the like for the maintenance and the inspection, and the maintenance and the inspection are thereby facilitated, by turning integrally the boom 5, the upper mast member 32 and the upper diagonal members 33-35.
