PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device component unit of an image forming device constituted to positively repulse by electrostatic force and set so that affinity for toner may be weak to easily remove the toner from the surface of a cartridge, and a recycling method for the unit and a toner exchanging method. SOLUTION: Material used for the device component unit of the electrophotographic image forming device is material electrified to be the same polarity as the toner used for development or material having a tendency to be easily electrified.
