PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus capable of stably supplying a good image hardly causing a defective seam-like image due to defective electrification. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor used for an electrophotographic device, an electrifying member is constituted of an electrifying particle whose major component is a conductive particle having a particle size of 10 μm to 10 nm and an electrifying particle carrier provided with a conductive and elastic surface and for carrying the electrifying particle, and the electrifying particle comes into contact with a body to be electrified so as to electrify the surface of the body to be electrified, and the particle functions as an electrifying means, the resistance of the particle carried on the carrier is controlled to be 10<12> to 10<-1> Ωcm, and the quantity of the carried particle is 0.1 mg/cm<2> to 50 mg/cm<2> , the electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided with at least a photoreceptive layer and a charge injection layer on the conductive supporting body, and also, an electrostatic capacity C per 1 cm<2> on the electrophotographic photoreceptor surface satisfies an expression (1), and the process cartridge and the electrophotographic device are provided with the photoreceptor.
