PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color composition for a color filter having excellent heat resistance and light resistance as well as transparency. SOLUTION: The color composition for a color filter is prepared by using the following aluminum phthalocyanine pigment to be dispersed in a transparent resin medium. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the pigment by the CuKα beam shows peaks at 6.9 deg., 9.7 deg., 13.8 deg., 15.5 deg., 23.9 deg. and 25.8 deg. Bragg angle 2θ(±0.2). |
