<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure braking when running by loading internal expanding brakes on wheel shafts for both two front and rear shafts. SOLUTION: The braking device comprises a wagon truck which is able to run on parallel rails by wheels attached to the both end of two front and rear shafts crossing over the rails, and a braking device controls rotation of the wheels of the wagon, and the braking device is constituted by mounting the internal expanding brakes on the both two front and rear shafts. Thus, regardless of changes in environment such as weather, stable and good braking results can be obtained all the time, and braking function is fortified when running both forward and backward.</p> |
