摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve discharging efficiency by enhancing an extrusion force near a discharging nozzle. SOLUTION: According to this twin-screw extruder, a processed material is supplied from an upper end of a body 1, kneaded/compressed by means of a screw 20, and discharged from a discharging nozzle 33. Bosses 24 are engaged in rotational shafts 17, 18 between the other end of the screw 20 and an end plate 5, and a fan-shaped plate 25 of the peripheral direction is provided on the outer periphery of the bosses 24. A screw shape 25a for connecting to a blade 20a of the screw 20 is formed on the end plate 5 side face of the plate 25 to be a part of the screw blade 20a. The screw face 25a end of the plate 25 smoothly extrudes the processed material while carrying out the frictional crushing action by contacting with the end plate 5. Further, the screw face 25a forms notches on the boss parts 24 and is engaged towards the center. By the engagement, the processed material is centered, whereby a discharging nozzle can be provided in that portion. That is, a discharging area can be expanded.
