PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system with the low running cost by combining the property of zeolite and the ground heat. SOLUTION: There are provided a zeolite tank 11 in which zeolite is contained, a condenser 12 for condensing water vapor discharged from zeolite in the zeolite tank, which is embedded in the ground for condensing the foregoing water vapor with ground heat, a vaporizer embedded in the ground, which is adapted to contain water 15 for supplying water vapor to zeolite in the zeolite tank and for containing water condensed in the condenser, a heating section 20 for heating zeolite in the zeolite tank, a heating air supply section for exchanging heat possessed by zeolite in the zeolite tank with heat possessed by air incorporated from the outside of a house and supplying it to the house, and a cooling air supply section for exchanging cold heat of the vaporizer 14 with the air incorporated from the outside of the house and supplying it to an under-floor cobblestone layer formed under a floor of the house or in a room of the house.
