摘要 PURPOSE: Rice wine using medicinal herbs and a production method thereof are provided, thereby producing the rice wine having an improved taste and stability, and increasing stamina. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the rice wine using medicinal herbs comprises the steps of: mixing Rhodiola rosea, Cuscuta chinensis LAM., Cndium monnieri L., Cistanche deserticola Y. C. MA, Orohanche coerulescens Stephan ex Willdenow, Rubus chingii Hu., Salviae Radix, Polygala tenuifolia, Cornus officinalis SIEB, edible shoots of a fatsia, Schizandra chinensis BAILL. and Lycium chinese MILL.; heating the mixture at 60 to 100 deg. C in a solvent selected from ethyl alcohol, water or a mixed solvent thereof to prepare an extract of medicinal herbs; and adding the extract into a mash during a second mashing process.
