PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device capable of effectively rectifying gas flow while having only a single gas circulation port. SOLUTION: The air bag device 10 comprises an air bag 14, a cylindrical inflator 18 having a gas jet part 24 at one end part, and a diffuser 22 covering at least a part of a peripheral surface of the inflator 18. The diffuser 22 is provided with the single gas circulation port 32, and the edge part of the gas circulation port 32 near the gas jet part 24 is provided with a shielding wall 34 protruding to the side of the inflator 18 to interrupt the gas flow G between the diffuser 22 and the inflator 18. |
