PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a completed amount of products can be managed stably according to plan by managing a production line with a target tact and signal in a production system for assembling products by line work. SOLUTION: In order to achieve a proper operation of a line for efficient production, a tact for producing a piece of the products is calculated from an operation time, the number of persons, and the time required for a piece of products based on the number of products per day directed by a production control. Further, even when the daily production is behind the schedule, a recovery schedule is displayed by calculating the tact within the time for the set cycle. Therefore, stable production can be achieved coping with unexpected troubles. |
