PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately correct image blur even by inexpensive control by lightening load imposed on a control means performing camera control on a camera side and arithmetic operation for correcting the image blur. SOLUTION: This camera system is constituted of the camera having a vibration detection means for detecting vibration, and the lens having an image blur correction control means for correcting the image blur by driving an image blur correction means based on image blur correction data calculated based on output from the vibration detection means transmitted from the camera. In the camera system, the camera has the control means (#134 to #136) for changing the minimum resolution of the image blur correction data transmitted from the camera to the lens according as the action of the camera is action in course of photographing preparing operation or action in course of exposure, and the lens has a conversion means for performing conversion processing to the image blur correction data of the minimum resolution different from each other changed by the control means provided in the camera so as to make it the same minimum resolution data. |
