PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retortable package bag for a microwave oven which has an automatic releasing means for inside steam against rapture when heated in a microwave oven. SOLUTION: A fin portion 3 raised by mating and sealing opposing inner surfaces of a laminated plastic film at three-side perimeter S remaining a non- sealing portion N is formed on one surface of a packaging pouch composed of the laminated plastic film, and the automatic releasing means for inside steam is provided at the non-sealing portion N of the fin portion 3. The automatic releasing means is formed by one of forming a point sealing portion with a through-hole at the center, forming an annular sealing portion around a point non-sealing portion with a through-hole at the center, and forming an annular sealing portion around a dotted pattern sealing portion with a through-hole at the center. The point sealing portion or annular sealing portion has a adjusted sealing strength of >=23 N/15 mm at room temperature and <=20 N/15 mm at >=90 deg.C after retort treatment.
