<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present appropriate counter measures in case an accident takes place in a plant. SOLUTION: The host computer 2 of a plant operation supporting system is provided with an abnormal state database 11 for recording a parameter range when a plant main body 6 is abnormal, an operation manual database 12 for recording operation procedures that eliminates an abnormal state, a plant monitoring part 13 for collecting parameters from the plant main body 6, an abnormal state discriminating part 14 for discriminating whether the plant main body 6 is abnormal on the basis of the parameters collected by referring to the abnormal state database 11, a measure retrieving part 16 for extracting the operation procedures from the operation manual database 12 when the plant main body 6 is abnormal and a notifying part 18 for notifying a terminal device 3 of the operation procedures.</p> |
