PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating data for biochemical analysis with good quantitativeness while preventing generation of noises by detecting radiation data from a unit for biochemical analysis which is obtained by specifically bonding a plurality of spot regions including a specific bond substance to a substance originating from a living body formed highly densely to a carrier surface and labeled by a radioactive marker substance thereby selectively labeling the plurality of spot regions to carry the radiation data. SOLUTION: The unit 1 for biochemical analysis includes a plurality of adsorptive regions 4 which include samples selectively labeled by the radioactive marker substance and are formed of an adsorptive material separately from each other to a substrate 2. A micro channel plate 15 provided with a plurality of channels 16 to positions corresponding to the adsorptive regions is overlapped with a surface of the unit 1. Electron beams emitted from the radioactive marker substance are detected by radiation detecting means 12, and radiation data of the radioactive marker substance carried by the unit is detected, whereby the data for biochemical analysis is generated.
