PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem such that rebuilding of a house requires considerable cost and labor differently from reform though needed to enhance habitability by wholly repairing an exterior wall. SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel 16, which constitutes the existing exterior wall, is partially or wholly removed from the existing house under a state wherein a steel-framed skeleton 52 is left; next, a framework and a bearing wall, which constitute the skeleton 52, are partially removed; newly-mounted frameworks 3 and 43 and a newly-mounted bearing wall 28 are fixed to constitute a new steel-framed skeleton 53; and a newly-mounted exterior wall material is fixed to the skeleton 53.
