A first control circuit receives control signals from a first computer and feeds them back to a second computer. A second control circuit receives control signals from the second computer and feeds them back to the first computer. The first computer generates control signals comprising an encoded 0/1 sequence and monitors the control signals from the second computer. The second computer generates control signals comprising an encoded 0/1 sequence and monitors the control signals from the first computer.
