SOLUTION: In the regenerated plastic material using a thermoplastic plastic molding part to which a compatible sheet material is stuck as a raw material, the weight of the sheet material is made to be 0.5% or below of the weight of the molding part, the Izod impact strength of the regenerated material is made to be at least 80% of that of the virgin material, and the melt flow rate of the regenerated material is made to be 120% or below of that of the virgin material.
