<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory part improved for accomplishing all of strength, rigidity, gasoline swelling resistance, a high barrier property, and thermal weldability to a tank in higher levels to be installed to a synthetic resin fuel tank. SOLUTION: This accessory part to be installed to the synthetic resin fuel tank in constructed of a primary molding part 7, which is provided with a flange 6 connected to the outside face of the fuel tank T and a cylindrical part (a valve body connection part 5 in an embodiment) inserted into the fuel tank and formed of a material weldable to the fuel tank, and an HC barrier material layer (a secondary molding part 8 in the embodiment) formed by a dichromatic molding method in at least a part of the inner circumference of the cylindrical part after formation of a hole 9 allowing passage of the welding resin material in the cylindrical part. Another part (a valve body part 3 in the embodiment) is connected to the weldable material part exposed onto the outer circumferential face of the cylindrical part and weldable to the fuel tank.</p> |
