PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromatographic measurement apparatus which automatically manages a time up to a measurement and enables an immunochromatographic quantitative analysis with the apparatus operability enhanced. SOLUTION: A system is constructed, in which a light beam 16 irradiated to a chromatography specimen 8 is made to wait in a state in which the light beam is irradiated between a standard reagent hold part 12 and a reagent immobilization part 13, and an absorbance change in accordance with the elution of a standard reagent is detected. The system automatically starts measurements a constant time later from the detection.
