PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a lubricating oil into a reservoir of the lubricating oil, by accurately separating the lubricating oil from refrigerant gas delivered to a delivery chamber. SOLUTION: An inclined surface 7c is formed by tilting an upper part of a fixed scroll 7, a lubricating oil collecting path 13 communicating with an electric motor chamber 3 is drilled in a lower part of this inclined surface 7c, additionally an oil retaining wall 7d and a drip wall 5a are provided respectively in the periphery of the inclined surface 7c and the upper inner wall of a closed vessel 1.
