PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel for a vehicle capable of preventing a solar ray irradiating a solar radiation sensor from being shut off even when an obstacle is placed between the instrument panel and a windshield. SOLUTION: When a projection part 2e is integrally formed in a predetermined position on a front face 2b in the instrument panel 2 arranged in the vehicle 1 and the solar radiation sensor 5 is arranged in the projection part 2e, solar radiation to the solar radiation sensor 5 can be prevented from being shut off even when the obstacle is placed between the instrument panel 2 and the windshield 3.
