PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the installing workability of a calking tool of a rivet when at least one side of both ends in the longitudinal direction of a door inner seal is fixed by a rivet in a mounting structure of the door inner seal attached to a waist flange of a door trim. SOLUTION: When the door inner seal 20 is fixed to the waist flange 11 of the door trim 10, it becomes possible that the calking tool 31 is neatly installed at an appropriate position at a back surface side of a rivet hole 12 by forming a guide notch 13 on a back surface at a lower part side of the rivet hole 12 provided on the waist flange 11 of the door trim 10 or forming a guide projection 14 vertically extending on the back surface so as to clamp the rivet hole 12 from right and left sides.
