PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film for a PET resin molding which can clearly transfer an end of a transfer part without generating a notch even when an area of an upper surface of a protrusion or an upper surface of a recess is wide if the transfer film for the PET resin molding is transferred to the protrusion or the recess of the surface of the molding to form a colored transfer part on the entire surface of the upper surface of the protrusion or the recess or the like and which has excellent warm water resistance and engine oil resistance. SOLUTION: The transfer film for the PET resin molding comprises a mold release layer, a colored layer and an adhesive layer sequentially formed on one side surface of a plastic film. In this film, the adhesive layer contains a resin, an extender and a titanium oxide. The resin contains 10 to 100 wt.% of a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin and 90 to 0 wt.% of a polyester resin in such a manner that a ratio of the extender is 20 to 30 wt.% and the ratio of the titanium oxide is 30 to 200 wt.% with respect to the total weight of the resin.
