PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture conditioning material for housing, which has excellent absorbing and releasing rate of moisture, moisture conditioning property and dew concentration preventing property with antibacterial effect, and to provide a storage using the material. SOLUTION: The moisture conditioning material for the storage consists of an urethane resin (U) obtained by the reaction of a water absorptive resin dispersion (D) with a polyisocyanate compound (P) and a material having antibacterial effect. The storage uses the material. The water absorptive resin dispersion (D) is prepared by dispersing a water absorptive resin (B) polymerized in a polyol (A) or the water absorptive gel in the polyol (A).
