DEODORIZER, APPARATUS FOR DEODORIZATION AND APPARATUS FOR TREATMING EXHAUST GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the running cost for an exchange of a deoroizer in an apparatus for treating exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The oxide slag 22 coming out in a steel manufacturing process has the superior physical and chemical adsorpability because the oxide slag 22 has pores and contains calcium oxide. This apparatus for treating exhaust gas including oil mists or fine particles and odor ingredients comprises a dust removing part 13, a deodorization device 14 on the upper side with the oxide slag 22 and a deodorization device 15 on the lower side with activated carbon 25. The oil mists or fine particles are removed at the dust removing part 13 and odor ingredient is removed by the oxide slag 22 and the activated carbon 25. By the oxide slag 22, the fine dust coming through the dust removing part 13 is almost completely removed and can prevent the early decay of the activated carbon 25. Although the oxide slag 22 has to be exchanged in short intervals, the running cost is reduced because the oxide slag 22 is a by-product and cheep.
