PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a medical image diagnostic device, with which the artifact of the image of a blood vessel or aneurysm based on beam hardening caused by a contrast medium can be prevented. SOLUTION: The image processor performs processing for imaging the internal structure of an inspection subject by collecting a plurality of X-ray projection data by irradiating the subject with X rays from a plurality of directions. This device has a correcting means for performing processing for acquiring corrected projection data by applying, to the projection data, the correction of beam hardening caused by the feature values of the contrast medium. Further, the device is provided with a reconstructing means for performing processing for reconstructing the image of the subject on the basis of the projection data corrected by the correcting means. Thus, even when beam hardening occurs, the correction is performed and an image having the artifact such as the blood vessel image or the like reduced can be provided. |
