PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for readily and simultaneously detecting an organophosphoric agrochemical and a carbamate-based agrochemical. SOLUTION: A sample of a detecting target is reacted in a mixed solution containing a carboxylesterase and a cholinesterase, and a carboxylesterase- specific substrate and a cholinesterase-specific substrate are hydrolyzed by using the solution after the reaction. An organophosphoric agrochemical group and a carbamate-based agrochemical group are simultaneously and separately detected by developing a color by adding a coloring reagent to the hydrolysis products of the substrates, or by developing the color by using a substrate the hydrolysis product of which takes the color, and simultaneously measuring the change of spectra at plural wave lengths.
