PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the extract of the leaf of ginkgo which is hardly soluble in water to be easily dispersed or dissolved in the water, and further to prevent the formation of the precipitation over a long period. SOLUTION: This water-dispersible or water-soluble extract composition of the leaf of the ginkgo is characterized in that the composition contains (A) the extract of the leaf of the ginkgo, (B) a surfactant derived from a natural product, (C) one or more kinds selected from glycerol, saccharides, a sugar alcohol, an enzymically hydrolyzed lecithin, a dextrin, a cyclodextrin, a branched cyclodextrin and propylene glycol. |
