PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of environmental pollution about the washing of plated parts by establishing a closed processing system which circulates the washing water to be used again, and by exhausting not the concentrated waste liquid but the minimum efficient which is virtually a solid material. SOLUTION: This unit consists of a barrel unit washing part which washes a barrel unit accommodating plated parts that are plated at a plating bathtub, a reverse osmosis membrane device 203 which removes a concentrated waste liquid containing the components that become solid content from the exhausted water of the barrel unit washing part, and an evaporation device 221 which takes out the solid content by evaporating the water content of the concentrated waste liquid. The exhausted water whose concentrated liquid containing the components which become solid is removed at the reverse osmosis membrane device 203, and the water which is gained when cooling the water vapor which generates when taking the solid content out by evaporating the concentrated waste liquid at the evaporation device 221 are recycled and supplied to the barrel unit washing part as the washing water. |
