PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for obtaining thermal effects on regions often exposed to open air, especially the neck or required by a user ankle, in a way of not to be seen from outside. SOLUTION: The tape-shaped heat generator is composed of belt-shaped conventional heat generators which are connected at prescribed intervals so that they can be fixed on the back of the folded collar with their openings evenly arranged and the seals for the openings that can be tightly closed are provided for covering the heat generator.
