PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe for preventing a medical malpractice enabling a doctor to directly write (draw) a character or mark on the syringe by a ballpoint pen and making the written (drawn) character or mark sharp and hard to erase so as to make it possible to visually confirm the same clearly. SOLUTION: At least one layer 3 among a rough surface processed layer capable of being written by the ballpoint pen, a pigment layer, a microcapsule layer and a foamed film layer is provided to the syringe 1 at an appropriate place not overlapped with the graduations 2 thereof. The surface provided with this layer 3 may be a plain surface. When this layer 3 is the microcapsule layer, the microcapsules constituting this layer are formed by enclosing shells with a dye or pigment and, when the character or mark is written on this layer by the ballpoint pen, the shells are destructed and the enclosed dye or pigment is leached from the shells to be fixed to the microcapsule layer. |
