PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous production method for an ultrasonic vibrator for high frequency. SOLUTION: In the production method for the ultrasonic vibrator, an ultrasonic vibrator sheet having a solder pattern layer composed of at least two solder pieces 4 and a hardened resin layer 5 formed so as to come into contact with the solder pattern layer while smoothing the surface so that layer thickness can be equal with that of the solder pattern layer through polishing treatment on the surface is cut into form, with which the solder pieces can be positioned at terminal parts.
