PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate pinholes and reduce not only peeling-off of the lining layer but also irregularities on the surface thus making it a smooth surface inside the pipe using a centrifugal force when a lining layer is formed. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following: firstly, a resin solution 9 for lining and a filling material 8 are supplied inside the rotating pipe 2, and a lining layer is formed therein by the above-mentioned resin for lining and the filling material. Then, the above-mentioned resin solution 9 for lining not comprising the above-mentioned filling material 8 is further supplied to the inside of the above-mentioned rotating pipe to be diffused to a uniform thickness layer. After that, the resin for lining is cured.
