PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice washer of a simple structure in a small size unit which can wash rice scrupulously by removing rice bran completely without deteriorating quality of rice, by means of adjusting many bubbles ejected by bubbling nozzles and water flow speed by buffle plates, which can also operate washing of rice, discharging of water, and drying continuously, without troublesome exchanging of parts. SOLUTION: A rice charging port 3 and a water-supply port 4 are equipped on the upstream side of a rice-washing conduit 1, in which bubbling nozzles 2 are equipped in diagonal way, in order to flow washing water to one direction by means of bubbles ejected by the nozzles, and a washed-rice outlet 6 is equipped on the downstream side via a weir 5. Along both side walls of the rice-washing conduit 1, there are a plurality of pairs of buffle plates 9 equipped in V-form facing each other and the distances between the tips of these buffle plats are set nallower, and further a washed- rice outlet 6 is equipped at the downstream side of the conduit 1 via a weir 5. A net conveyor 7 is connected to the washed-rice outlet 6, and a secondary net conveyor 10 is overlaid on the outlet side of the net conveyor 7, and a water-spray pipe 11 and a water suction pipe 12 are installed in parallel in front and rear within the secondary net conveyor 10 to take out washed rice from the outlet terminal 8.
