PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for sole care tool which can be used for almost all footwears without considering a time and distance, and which improves a conventional bamboo foot-massaging board to be used for sandals, slippers or shoes, or his/her bare feet. SOLUTION: The sole care tool serves as the stepping appliance which can be carried, can be easily mounted when needed, and allows the user to be cheered up by virtue of recovery from fatigue so as to have a feeling that his/her friends and acquaintances can make a favorable impression on him/her.
