PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic device with which not only body sounds but also the condition of the skin or the like can be easily obtained, and a diagnostic system in which remote diagnosis can be performed by using information provided by such a diagnostic device. SOLUTION: In a sound collecting part 5 for collecting sounds showing the condition of a diagnostic object, a CCD camera 7 is provided for imaging the condition of the diagnostic object so that not only the body sounds but also the condition of the skin or the like can be easily obtained. Further, by transmitting information on the body sounds and the condition of the skin or the like to a diagnostic institution distant from the diagnostic object, a doctor performs diagnosis on the basis of such body sound and image information and a patient can be medically examined by the doctor at home.
