PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and easy to use domestic cooker with a square plate which doesn't leak lampblack out of the body. SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with a plate 21 with an sucking port 22, a heater 23, a filter 28 prepared in an opened hole arranged on a heat deflecting disc, a fan 30, a heat deflecting disc 25, a body 32 and 33 covering the fan and the heat deflecting disc, a flange of a body located on the upper than the upper edge of the plate and an exhaust part 39 in between the upper edge of the heat deflecting disc prepared on outside of the upper edge of the plate and the flange 38 of the body 33. The plate is an almost rectangle. Air on the plate sucked in the body by the fan through the intake port on the plate is exhausted out toward the sucking port from the exhausting part. A speed of the exhausted air from around the corners of the plate is slower than a speed of the exhausted air from the exhausting part except corners, so that this is a compact and easy to use electric cooker which doesn't leak lampblack toward outside of the body.
