PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk with bookshelf which has simple structure, sufficient strength, and sufficient storage spaces, and is convenient for use. SOLUTION: This desk with bookshelf is constituted of the desk main body and a bookshelf positioned on the top board of the desk main body, and has a rotatable top board which is almost horizontally rotatable to serve the backside as a work face when used and rotated into an almost vertical condition to close a part or a whole of the front face of the bookshelf when not used. The desk main body has a cabinet part whose either one side end part is rotatably connected with the desk main body. The front end part of the rotatable top board opened almost in horizontal posture is supported by the upper face of the cabinet part rotated frontward almost in 90 deg. against the desk main body.
