PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a blended pickled egg beverage where its peculiar odor and taste are made moderate to be easily drinkable, and to provide a blended pickled egg beverage obtained by the method. SOLUTION: The method for producing a blended pickled egg beverage comprises the process of dissolving eggs into vinegar where brown sugar unrefined-sake vinegar and rice vinegar are blended together, and the blended pickled egg beverage is obtained by the method. |
