PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve chopping efficiency of a chopper that can chop agricultural products, mineral raw material or the like into fine powders. SOLUTION: In the chopper 1, a primary rotating blade 5 and a secondary rotating blade 6, which have a plurality of blade around a boss, are equipped in face-to-face positions in a casing 2, and the casing 2 is made to play a role of chopping section 7, an inlet port 8 is communicated to the casing 2 on the side of the primary rotating blade, an outlet port 9 is communicated to the casing 2 on the side of the secondary rotating blade, and a suction system 10 is communicated to the outlet port 9, width of the primary rotating blade 5 in the direction of its shaft is made broader than that of the secondary rotating blade 6.
