PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently clean a part to be cleaned which is a dead space due to by another structure so as not to reached with a handle, by widening a range of a place, which can be cleaned by the cleaning processing part of a head part for cleaning. SOLUTION: The base part of a handle 22 is linked through an intermediate member to a position deviated backward from a center on a central axial line in the upside longitudinal direction of a head part 20 for cleaning by about 60%. The base part of the intermediate member is linked to be freely turned to a frame 24 on a first turning shaft part horizontally from side to side. The base part of the handle 22 is linked to be freely turned to the top end part of the intermediate member by a second turning shaft part positioned while being twisted from the first turning shaft part.
