PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removal of bran only on the surface of rice grains without damaging the surface of rice, and to prevent uneven polishing by inhibiting rice grains to stay inside the rice polishing section by centrifugation without moving, in a rice polisher without using water. SOLUTION: At the bottom of a rice storage section 2 fixed to the main body 1 of the rice polisher, a measuring section 3 is prepared, and a rice polishing section 4 driven by a motor 30 is prepared beneath this measurement section 3, an outlet 5 of almost conical shape is prepared beneath the rice polishing section 4. A rice outlet section 12 of a hand drum shape with convexed inside is also equipped at the rice polishing section 4.
