PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peritoneal dialysing replacing liquid exchange apparatus applying predetermined liquid pressure capable of feeding dialysing liquid into the abdominal cavity of a patient sit down on a seat even in a compartment of a car or in a room, accelerating the safety control of indicated temperature so as to uniformize the temperature of the dialysing liquid in a liquid bag and having a simple constitution to make the housing and taking out of the liquid bag easy. SOLUTION: The peritoneal dialysing liquid exchange apparatus is equipped with the planar heating elements 3 contacted with both surfaces of the soft liquid bags 2 housing a liquid to be fed into the body and expansible air bags 4 for pressing the planar heating elements 3 from the outer surfaces thereof. The liquid in the liquid bags 2 contacted with the planar heating elements 3 is heated to the predetermined temperature and the liquid bags 2 are compressed through the planar heating elements 3 by the pressing force of the air bags 4 expanded by fed air to obtain predetermiend liquid pressure to inject the liquid in the liquid bags 2 into the body.
