PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a characteristics sequence of a plasmid based on the fact that, since a pathogenic factor presents in the plasmid gene in the case of E. coli, it is necessary for the diagnosis and treating method of a disease after its infection to discover the plasmid and determine its characteristics. SOLUTION: The bacterial plasmid having a specific nucleotide sequence or a DNA sequence thereof, and its analysis and use in diagnosis are provided. |
