<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved protection cover for a chopper. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a protection cove for a chopper and choppers equipped with such a protection cover are provided. The protection cover (8) is practically composed of two long cover parts (16, 17) having L shaped cross section, and the edge part (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b) along the length direction of these cover parts (16, 17) are mutually arranged to form a tubuler structure substantially having a square cross section, and by adjusting relative positions of these L shaped cover parts (16, 17), the cross section size of the protection cover (8) can be adjusted in the assembling process.</p> |
